Solomon I. Lesch, Esq.

Bronx-native Solomon I. Lesch founded Lesch & Lesch, P.C. in 1966 when he decided to return to his roots to build his dream law firm, one focused on servicing the legal needs of the Bronx County community. At Lesch & Lesch, P.C., Solomon is the cornerstone of the firm. Prior to forming his own company, he worked at the prominent Wall Street firm, Tenzer, Greenblatt, Fallon & Kaplan which specializes in Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate litigation. Skilled with advanced trial techniques and a commercial real estate background, Solomon earned a reputation as a results-driven attorney. He established himself as a leading lawyer in Bronx County, obtaining verdicts that rank as some of the highest in all of New York State. Solomon graduated Cum Laude from City College of New York in 1961.  Upon graduation he was invited to be a memeber of the prestigious education fraternity, Phi Beta Kappa. In 1965 he graduated from New York University Law School where he was ranked in the top 1% of his class.  At graduation he received the Edmund Kohn Memorial Award for Best Law Review Editor. Solomon is an active member of the Bronx County Bar as well as the New York City Bar Judiciary Committee.

Marjorie A. Lesch, Esq.

Marjorie A. Lesch is the former president of both the Woman’s State Bar Association and the Bronx County Bar. Joining the firm upon her graduation from St. John’s University School of Law in New York City, she quickly became an expert in Immigration Law, as well as Elder Law, Trusts and Estates and Guardianship issues. Due to her extensive legal knowledge, Marjorie often appears as a guest legal commentator for such shows as CNN, the CBS Early Show, and MSNBC . Always involved in various Bar Association activities, Marjorie has paid close attention to the residents of Bronx County and remains active on many advisory boards throughout the Bronx and the city of New York.

David P. Lesch, Esq.

In 1992, David Lesch joined both parents as members of the firm. David specializes in the areas of negligence and medical malpractice and has extensive experience in real estate, corporate partnership and buy/sell agreements, mortgage refinancing, lead paint poisoning and in the civil practice, personal injury and mental health arenas. He expanded the practice to include areas of law devoted specifically to the elderly and the incapacitated. As a trial attorney, David has spent the last sixteen years handling all aspects of a civil case, taking several verdicts a year throughout all five of New York City’s five boroughs. Prior to joining Lesch & Lesch, P.C., David worked with a Supreme Court Judge elected to Bronx County. As a Chief Court Attorney to Judge Backal, he honed his skills in the area of civil litigation including personal injuries and landlord-tenant disputes. David received a B.A. from Union College in Schenectady, New York in 1987 and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1990.  By the year 2003, David had become a well known trial attorney, as well a legal expert in several civil areas of law.  He began to publish legal tips for the everyday commuter which led to his selection as Legal Correspondent for the Television Network, Bronxnet.  His Wednesday Legal Segment on the morning show “Open” is seen by thousands of Bronxites.  Recently, David has been named co-host of the BronxNet production, “Justice Corner”, seen monthly on Monday evenings.  He has been a Director of the Bronx County Bar Association, a Committee member of the Judiciary Committee of the same, and a member of the Fee Disputes Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Gary E. Lesch, Esq.

A former New York State assistant attorney general, and recent graduate of the prestigious Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, Gary specializes in Medical Malpractice actions, Federal rights litigation, and all aspects of corporate litigation. After being responsible for representing the state’s hospitals and physicians in all medical malpractice actions, Gary left the Attorney Generals’s office and brought his experience to Lesch & Lesch. To further his service to the Bronx community, Gary most recently obtained an MBA degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in 2003. Currently, Gary specializes in three major areas: medical malpractice, federal litigation, and commercial development and litigation. He has also been retained as counsel for several restaurants in the Manhattan area and has negotiated the rental space for his clients at such high profile real estate residences as Rockefeller Center. Gary received a B.A. from Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass. in 1991, and graduated with honors from George Washington School of Law in 1994.
