Pregnancy discrimination, unfortunately, is alive and well in our country! On the tv show “Open”, this morning I discussed the Pregnancy Discrimination Act and the various ways to protect yourself in the workplace. Remember, it is illegal for most employers to discriminate against you because of pregnancy, childbirth, or conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth. David Lesch, Esq.
