Today on “Open” I began a new legal series: Criminal Law. Today’s topic: Navigating the Traffic Violations Bureau. Although you can make an argument that a traffic violation is just that, a violation, not a crime. In any event, the court is unlike any other traffic court in the state so you should try to learn your way around if you intend on beating that “speeding ticket”. David Lesch
