With the beginning of Spring I thought it was a good time to discuss New York’s Boating Laws. Not such an easy topic. Our statute is complicated. The one thing I can say without a doubt, wear your life jacket at all times. It’s not only the law, but it can save your life. Next week, part 2, “Personal Water Crafts”, aka Wave Runners.
