Family owned and operated, Lesch & Lesch P.C. is in the unique position of being able to offer its clients the combination of maturity, experience and specialized legal knowledge obtained from operating as an established 40 yr. old Law Firm with the insightful, fresh-thinking approaches advanced by today’s youthful attorneys.  No law firm located in Bronx County is as established or as advanced.

Lesch & Lesch P.C. was founded in 1966 by Solomon I. Lesch, a Bronx native.  His background as Editor-in Chief of Law Review at New York University Law School and work experience at a prominent Wall Street Firm gave the Bronx a much needed legal expert when he decided to return to his roots and build his dream law firm.  Skilled with advanced trial techniques and a commercial real estate background, Solomon Lesch earned a reputation as a results-driven attorney.  He established himself as a leading lawyer in Bronx County, obtaining verdicts on behalf of his clients that now rank as some of the highest obtained in not only Bronx County but all of New York State.

In 1977, Marjorie Lesch joined the firm upon her graduation from St. John’s Law School.  Before becoming an attorney, Marjorie had been a public school teacher helping children throughout Queens County.  Once in active practice, she quickly became an expert in Immigration Law, as well as Guardianship issues.

Always involved in various Bar Association activities, Marjorie has paid close attention to the residents of our community.  As a past President of several organizations including the Bronx County Bar Association and the New York State Women’s Bar Association Mrs. Lesch guided her constituency to successful terms.

In 1992, David Lesch joined both parents as members of the firm.  Prior to joining Lesch & Lesch P.C., David worked with the Honorable Lorraine Backal, a Supreme Court Judge elected to Bronx County.  As a Chief Court Attorney to Judge Backal, David honed his skills in the area of Civil Litigation.  He quickly expanded the practice to include areas of Law devoted to the Elderly and Incapacitated.  By the year 2003, David had become a well known trial attorney, as well a legal expert in several civil areas of law.  He began to publlish legal tips for the everyday commuter which led to his selection as Legal Correspondent for the Television Network, Bronxnet.  His Wednesday Legal Segment is seen by thousands of Bronxites.  Recently, David has been named co-host of the BronxNet production, “Justice Corner”, seen monthly on Monday evenings.

In 1999, Gary Lesch joined his family at Lesch & Lesch.  A former New York State Assistant Attorney General, Gary specialized in Federal Litigation, including Title V11 Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Claims and Section 1983 Civil Rights Violations.  He also represented the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.  While at the Attorney General’s office, Gary had the responsibility of representing the State’s hospitals and physicians in all Medical Malpractice actions.  So it was only logical that upon joining Lesch & Lesch, he assumed the role as the specialist in Medical Malpractice actions and Federal Violations.

The Lesch family has been successful in establishing meaningful relationships with their clients with focused attention on their personal and business needs, as well as in developing individual areas of expertise to assist all residents of New York City.  Along with these many areas of expertise, the attorneys and their staff speak fluent Spanish as yet another effort to personalize their service to the community.

Knowledge of the law is only a part of the Lesch & Lesch story; the other is its comprehensive understanding of the clients they serve.  As a full-service law firm, Lesch & Lesch P.C. maintains that every client is important – so each benefits from specialized knowledge as well as a personalized brand of attention that other law firms don’t offer.
